We recommend comfortable clothes you can move in, being able to lift your knees and good arm mobility is key.

Shoe-wise, you don’t want a lot of grip. Dress shoes or casual shoes with a smooth sole is best. Ladies, we don’t recommend wearing heels unless you wear them all the time.

We are in the very center of St Matthews Station, an old train station with several shops, located at 3900 Shelbyville Rd. We recommend the entrance by Fleet Feet on Breckinridge, but any of the 3 entrances will take you straight to our studio.

The best parking around St. Matthews Station is the small lot by Fleet Feet and the Raven on Breckinridge Rd. The main parking lot for St. Matthews Station is by Saints and Taco Luchador. There’s additional street parking on Shelbyville Rd. After business hours the PNC Bank Lot is also a good spillover option.
